In an enclosed space, such as underground car park in malls, smoke is a real threat to life and it also causes significant issues for fire fighters dealing with fire, in case there is a fire breakout. Hence, these places need a good ventilation system for the removal of exhaust gases and replacing the wasted air with fresh air inside the car parking space so that the people inside do not get suffocated or choked.

The conventional ventilation system was ducted ventilation system which requires a ducting arrangement for the provision of fresh air. It is being replaced by latest ductless ventilation systems that do not have require any ducts to exhaust smoke and provide fresh air inside. These systems are perfect for enclosed and underground spaces that are already fighting for space.

Ventilation systems for car parks, loading bays and service areas are needed to achieve two objectives. Day-to-day ventilation is needed to control build up of vehicle exhaust fumes or spilled fuel when the facility is in general use. Acceptable day-to-day air quality is maintained by removing exhaust gases produced by vehicles and by ensuring that there are no pockets of stagnant air. Smoke ventilation is needed to provide a means of clearing smoke from the car park during and after a fire. This will limit smoke temperatures and structural damage and inhibit smoke spread between floors. Smoke ventilation systems may be designed in addition to provide clear smoke-free access for fire fighters to tackle the seat of the fire or to protect means of escape from the car park.

CHILLER   Chiller system changes the physical state of refrigerant to transfer heat from one area to another. The laws of pressure-temperature relationship state that increased pressure on a refrigerant increases its temperature while decreased pressure lowers its temperature. As the refrigerant circulates through the HVAC chiller, various components change its pressure and temperature, causing it to boil into a gas and condense into a liquid.                          Chiller Structure: • The overall structure of the Commercial Chillers is very simple and     is very simple and is very energy efficient as well. • It is easy to maintain and with the built in cyclone oil seprator. •  The overall heat transfer is minimized. •  One can perform the operation easily on the Industrial Chillers as it is     equipped with the best and standard safety devices. A chiller is a machine that removes heat from a liquid via a vapor-compression or absorption refrigeration cycle. This liquid can then be circulated through a heat exchanger to cool equipment, or another process stream (such as air or process water). The commercial Chiller comes in 3 different types and they are water Cooled, Air Cooled and Heat Reclaim. The chiller come with sophisticated technology that offers efficient service at a very affordable price. It has a tube heat exchanger that can offer cooling very quickly and that too without making in a lot of noise. It is not very heavy and does not consume a lot of space. Since the oil feeding system of the chillers does not require any kind of electrical mechanism, the life of the compressor is increased.
